Soft phones with static volume

Are there any softphones on the market with static volume? (agent sets their preferred volume or volume range and the soft phone automatically normalizes the sound to the agent's preference)

These appear contradictory to me, but that's a semantic thing I guess. 8)

I do not know of a soft phone that analyzes the volume of the call and modifies it to be within a specific range set by the user.
