Create Dispo Status in realtime

Hi,

Just a quick question. I'm creating a realtime report. However, I cannot copy the realtime stat of vicidial DISPO status. I'm able to pullout other fields from the table. As I try to understand ASTtimeonVDADall.php I cannot understand the part how Vicidial assign the DISPO status.

May I know the conditions here and how to do it.

It is determined programmatically from the other agent status data, the formula is in the code of that script.

So you are asking how Vicidial determines that an agent is in "dispo" as opposed to INCALL? I don't think I've ever looked for that. LOL, but it's obviously in the php script's mysql call (or a function that checks after the sql returns).
