Popup Caller Information to Respective Agent

Hi All,
We are developing an application using vicidial. But we are falling in a problem such that when a registered user calling to an agent then we need to show/popup the detail information of this user to this agent.One important issue is in this case this popup information will come from another database not vicidial’s own database.

Now my question is that there has any way to configure this thing from admin panel or we have to change code/database to adjust this kind of customize?

Anybody can help me for this?

Web Form Field of "Campaign" in Detail View. This can optionally be "auto-popped" when a call arrives with campaign settings. (Get call launch)

Please can you explain it details I mean in step by step. Then it will be more helpful for me. Please give me your reply as soon as possible because I could not solve this pop up problem.

there has many fields in my Campaign detail. among these 4 field are like bellow.
Web Form:
Web Form Target:
CRM Popup Login: [option is yes or no] my one is set to no

go into campaign detail
use the webform field to pop to a web address with variables for lookup.
(ex: VARhttps://xxx.company.com/campaign/vic ... login--B--)
then for "get call launch" select webform.
it's a good idea to also have a DB search page that you can use for this, and pop it in webform2
