Route an inbound call to my defined extension

Postby ibrahimbit17 » Thu Aug 11, 2011 3:49 am

Hi all,

Normally I know one thing but I am not sure it is true or false that is when an inbound call is coming then we use agi-DID_route.agi to route this call to an extension randomly.

But now think that I have three active extension such as 1000,1001 and 1003. Suppose that when one inbound call is coming then I want to route this call in my defined extension such as 1001 only.

So anybody can help me in which way and where I need to change in my agi-DID_route.agi.

Hi Dear,

have you got the solution or still waiting for help.

Please add my gamil ID : krishnakeshwar

will help you... or you can do your self : MODIFY A DID - DID Route - SELECT EXTENTIONS - Extension: ENTER THE PHONE NO. AT WHICH YOU WANT TO SEND YOUR CALL
