I have set up a survey campaign to run with no agents logged into the campaign (remote agents)
When customer press 1 call routed to in-group, and when press 0 it need to go to DNC. I have set 0 in Survey Not Interested Digit field and DNC – DO NOT CALL as Survey Not Interested Status:
Now when customer presses 0 it goes to DNC but dialer keep dialing this number, so DNC for this survey campaign is not working.
Please advise.

Please explain exactly what "it goes to DNC but dialer keeps dialing this number" means.

william, Lead Recycling is off.
Mflorell, When customer press 0, lead data update with DNC status but when i upload a new lead with same number that is in DNC the dialer still dial that number.

that version may not "add to the DNC" because a client chose the DNC status for the lead. The status for the lead is merely stored IN that lead. If you have an older version, the information is not transferred to the company DNC list. (I'm not sure when this changed, if ever, I've never confirmed it).

BUT: Your solution is to dedupe the list during upload. The same lead should not be uploaded more than one time, or you lose your call history (data is money, just like knowledge is power). Better to dedupe during upload than to just load a fresh list with duplicates every time. if the data has changed, "update" the existing data instead of ignoring it.

Does the campaign have 'Use Internal DNC List' and / or 'Use Campaign DNC List' set to 'Y'? By default both of these fields are set to 'N'.
