Whyis my account locked out it seems every time I attempt to login to the forums?

What is the inactivity time to where an account gets locked?

Is there any way to prevent this account from being disabled forcing a password reset?

If this is being done for security reasons, don't you think there may be a better way of handling this to prevent actual users from falling into the filters?

I have no idea, I have not had any other complaints about it.

Ok, I've reset my password again and will update with more information if I see it again.

i've never had it. perhaps you have a bad person attempting to mimic your login and asking for the password reset. try changing your email address without telling anyone (then a password reset request may fail altogether leaving your present one still working!)
