We changed a transfer number on a campaign and transfers started timing out. If I add my own cell phone number as the transfer number the call goes through. If I call the NEW transfer number from any phone it connects. When I tried to manually dial the number from an agent screen it hangs up immediately. So far any number I put into the Transfer-Conf Number 1 field will work except for these numbers. Their carrier techs tell me that the calls are never reaching their switches. The new transfer numbers are not in our DNC list or anywhere else in the database. What's going on?

Need CLI output from a working and a failing. Not 3000 lines of code, no OTHER calls, just one working and one failing ... for comparison.
