"bug" would imply that it is that way in the code and needs to be fixed. since there are thousands of other users using this code and it works for them ...
if there's a bug it would have been different in your installation somehow from everyone else's.
so ... errors during install? did you forget to refresh the campaign? is that NOT list 101?

You are comparing apples to oranges.
'STATUSES WITHIN THE ACTIVE LISTS FOR THIS CAMPAIGN' lists all of the statuses for the leads within the lists.
'This campaign has X leads to be dialed in those lists' lists the number of leads that can be dialed at this particular moment.
Most of the time I have found this is caused by the call time on the campaign is set to something like noon to 5pm and it is currently 11:30am or the date settings on the server are incorrect. Make sure the Local Call Time on the campaign is set correctly. Also check that the GMT offset in Linux matches the GMT offset for the server in the servers section.

Just because it is set to 24 hour does not mean it is 24 hour. I cannot count how many times I have had clients who have deleted the 24 hour call time while still using it, or have gone in and edited it so it was something else.

! I had forgotten about that. I haven't actually had a client do that yet this year. LOL
Thanks.
