Filtering in VICI

What are all the options for lead filtering in VICI? From what I understand I can filter with MySQL lead filters, campaign restrictions, separate lists, inbound restrictions and ranks, etc. Is there anything else that can filter leads, or is there any built in filtering other than those for regulations?
