I would like to kindly ask you for hardware recommendations for our Call Center.
Currently we own serwer 1: 2x proc Xeon 2,66 (2mb L2cache , 8 GB ram and serwer 2: 4 GB ram, 3x Xeon 2,5 ghz ( 512kib L2cache, 1mib L3cache).
Around 15 agents will be on random digit dialing projects with ratio 15-30, without recording.
Except them there will be 50 agents on mainly small ~5 person projects with full recording.
What should I buy?

The best solution is to allocate tasks to several servers.
For 50 agents You need:
1 DB server (Quad Core, >=8GB RAM, high speed >300GB HDD)
2 Dialers server (Quad Core, 4GB RAM) (25 agents per server)
1 WWW server (Quad Core, 4GB RAM)

25 seat outbound only setup with full recording.
not sure of the ratio
and will usb headsets with zoiper be sufficient?
