Hardware Suggestion

Kindly suggest which of the following server will perform better.

i7 2600 + 16GB RAM + 2x Consumer SATA H/D in Soft Raid 1
i7 920 + 24GB RAM + 2x Consumer SATA H/D in Soft Raid 1
Xeon E3-1245 + 16GB RAM + 2x Enterprise SATA H/D in Soft Raid 1

In start I will be running all the 3 servers (web/db/asterisk) on single machine, but later I will move the db and web to separate servers. So please suggest which machine will perform better in single use and which will perform for running only dialer.
