I am using GoAutoDial 2.1 for past few months mainly for testing. And now I am planning to move to bigger server(s) in production environment. I am not a *nix expert and only know basic stuff/troubleshooting. Now I can some please guide me which flavor I should use ViciBox or GoAutoDial. Some details are

- Not Linux expert, so I have to learn both OpenSUSE or CentOS (though I have used CentOS a few times but still on novice level)
- We will need multiple servers, they can be part of same cluster, or can be separate standalone servers, but will prefer cluster with a dedicated DB servers serving all the dialer/web.

For clustered server installation vicibox is much easier to set up. It is also updated more often than Goautodial.

ok, I will try deploying vicibox on one of the server, my last attempts couple of months back ware unsuccessful and I received the GRUB error, even after 2-3 attempts. I was using a really old xeon machine of 2004-2005 era, so maybe vicibox/OpenSUSE don't have proper support for really old boxes.

There are several vicibox versions on the downloads site, you can try an older one if you are having driver issues.

You can also try clustering GoAutoDial. There are guides available here on the forum. It's really not that hard. :)
