Hi,
We are planning to replace our dialer with VICIDIAL. At present CRM dumping the leads in a folder and the dialed results (if not successful) also in the same file folder. Kindly note that I can customize the file format, folder location and fields in my CRM side and not able to do any other customization in our CRM. Is it possible to do this in VICIDIAL ?

Yes, but it may take some customization to get the import/export in the right format for your CRM.

Thanks for the quick reply. Our CRM allows the file type and format customization. I am very new to VICIDIAL and how can I get more details related to this.
