hot key hangup

Hi,
is there any way to hangup the inbound queue calls using hot key? We donot want to press hang up every time to hang up the calls.

Member since 2009 ... offering vicidial services ... you should know to post the version with build and hopefully your installation method.

Welcome to the party anyway! LOL 8-)

But since we are here ... have you activated hot keys on a campaign yet to test their functionality on inbound vs outbound? (hot key setup I believe is in the manual ...?)
