I can't see campaign list under agent login

I created a test campaign and made it active. I added few leads. I created new phones under Admin. When I try to login using agent, it does not display the any campaigns under the drop down list. What am I missing here?

Please check User Groups [Allowed Campaigns]

What if I need the admin to determine the campaign for the agent so the agent does not need to select the campaign. HOW?

Because if I am going to give the agent the ability to determine the campaign that he is going to login for it, that means he might select a wrong campaign.

From the other side, how I can let the agent to deal with multiple campaigns, so he can receive calls related to CMG1 and to CMG2?

you choose OUTBOUND campaigns available for the agent under user group. be sure there is only one available for the group if you do not want the agent to be able to choose.

you can deny agent choice for INBOUND campaigns in the user settings (if your version is correct, which you have not listed, so I'll assume latest SVN, which has this as an option).

agents cannot be logged into more than one OUTBOUND campaign. but they may be logged in to several INBOUND campaigns.
