delay when comsumer answers phone

Is there any delay in connection when a consumer answers his phone and the agent get conneted to that call when calling in ratio or predictive mode ?

Sorry for being unclear.

I hit the submit button like a flash.

Mostly it depends on how quick your database can find the available agent.

But we have timed it before and it went about a second or more.
