I have 150-200 agents and I would like to know the hardware configuration and setup to handle 200 agents. Any suggestions?

ordinarily 25 agents per dialer is a "rule of thumb", but this can be modified by codec, recording calls, other software, dial ratio, etc.

Also, I've not heard a reference, but I've seen that generally one Web server per hundred agents (or fraction thereof).

So: 1 DB server; 2 Web servers; 8 Dialers;

Make the DB server a powerful machine with 15K SAS drives and 16G RAM (and lots of processors, 8 minimum, 3Ghz CPU recommended ...). Having powerful Web servers is not a bad idea either, but the 15K SAS drives aren't necessary just fast processors. The Dialers can be fairly generic (Core2Quads?).

but for deeper descriptions ... you should read my first line. Also, googling this site will find this same question asked and answered MANY times.
