Guys

I have vicibox VERSION: 2.4-334a, and i am having a problem, I have 10 people on this server and i have my ratio at 10 for example, but when I go to my real time screen the maximum of calls ringing is only up to 21 and its suppose to be at 100 calls ringing.

Why is only giving me 21 total calls ringing?

are you using avilable only telly (campaign detail screen)?

what is your maximum "Max VICIDIAL Trunks" in /admin/server menu?

the maximun is 23 on the admin/ server menu. do you think that is the problem?

so it shouldn't go higher then 23.
