Newbie question

Hi. I have the latest install of GoAutoDial installed. Everything works in so much as this is an outbound only call centre installation. This is also the first time I've setup a call centre, and we currently have no one working in it until everything is running how we want it to.

I currently have a campaign setup, a list of 2000 test client details, and the dialling works correctly.

What we want to be able to do now is this:

When a client details appear on the agents screen I want to be able to add a script (in my terminology this is a text based "Hello sir/madam, how are you today?" script) so that the agent can run through a predefined sales pitch. Whenever I click the script tab on the agent screen though it logs the agent into VTIGER and the 2 systems don't seem to tie together (there are no leads etc inside the VTIGER screen). Am I confused over what a script is?

Also, I want to be able to capture further information about the client during the call. I'm assuming that when I click the FOR tab I should be able to use this area to do that?

Can anyone offer me a simple method of being able to do this? Also, I need to export this information out of the system afterwards for use elsewhere. I can download the LIST after running some test calls and get the information out of that. I've also added a custom field to the list which I'm assuming is going to be populated from capturing this additional data during the call.

Any help you can offer will be awesome.

Okay. Told you it was a newbie question. I had done everything right that I needed to do, just hadn't hit the REFRESH button. Thank you :-)
