the manual is simple but even on the first chapter i;e B section , how can we log into the agent without making the campaign which is later in the chapter .

If I recall, starting at the beginning and working to the end without skipping anything will result in a functional system with everything in order. But if you skip something, you will likely end up with a problem (like a missing campaign when you need one). Try starting from the beginning of the Vicidial Managers Manual and tell us which page and line you are on when you experience a "problem" and we'll help. But don't skip anything or we'll just tell you to go back and get it! LOL
