If that question is "How do I set up inbound and outbound carriers" ...

http://www.vicidial.org/store.php

After you have read the FREE manual, and followed all the instructions in it ... tell us where you have your first problem (page and line) and we'll help you along to the next step.

We really try not to reprint the manual here, it kinda wastes space.

Install Vicibox.com or GoAutoDial.com if you cannot complete the installation with the Ray saolomon installation method for which you did not supply a link (so i cannot even look to see if there is an obvious flaw).

Or use a different scratch installation method such as Gardo's new installation instructions which theoretically allow installation on the latest CentOS, even in the Cloud. He's very good at CentOS installation. I don't know who Ray is. :)
