Can information transfer from remote dialer to dialer?

If someone in NY has a Vici Dialer and someone in FL has a Vici Dialer is it possible to have a front/close situation? Could the agents in NY front the sale and when they click Transfer-Conf, Dial with customer to the dialer in FL so the information for the customer pulled up in the Closers screen in FL?

Yes and no.

You can have the agent in FL log into the dialer in NY, of course, as there is NO reason to have agents in the same room as the dialer.

You can transfer a call from one server to another server even when they are not related ... but when you do so, the information must already be IN the receiving dialer and there must be a connection between the call and that information (ie: the phone number must pass from one to the other and then be used to bring up the information in the receiving dialer).

It is also possible to transfer the information dynamically, perhaps using an Ingroup with no agents and a "no agent url" ... and set the ingroup to "drop" to the other server. But that's tricky and I've never heard of anyone doing it. Would be interesting, though. :)

You could make a php script and create the lead in the VICI database before transfering it to the other system. IE, Person takes the info down in a script window, they submit and it populates the database on the other dialer and updates the database on the current one.
