Can someone tell me if ViciDial + Sangoma Call Analyzer can do the following?
Method 1:
Have Vicidial call residential telephone numbers and when it detects a human or an answering machine I want the call connected to my agent/employee and if she determines it is a human on the other end she will click the hangup button, if she determines it’s an answering machine she will wait until the greeting is finished playing and then she hears the beep and in vicidial she clicks the answering machine button which plays a pre-recorded sales message right onto the answering machine….but when she clicked on the play answering machine button it takes her out of the call so she can receive another call but vicidial is still playing that pre-recorded sales ad into the answering machine.
We have to hangup on humans because in Canada we are not allowed to have automated sales messages played to people if they are not already customers or if they haven’t contacted our company within the last 18 months.
Method 2:
Have Vicidial call residential numbers and when it detects a human it auto hangs up on them, if it detects an answering machine it auto deposits a sales message onto the answering machine.
With this second method it is a little bit risky because the Sangoma call analyzer is not 100% perfect, they say it’s 95% accurate but I doubt it’s even that accurate ( I could be wrong).
