We are planning to provide hosted Vicidial Solution.

Can I use Vicidial to provide hosted solutions? Will it be all right with the GPL licenses.

What kind of support options are available from Vicidial?

You may not sell licenses but you may set up a hosted platform. You will have to maintain the trademark and the name is embedded throughout the software, but you may lift the images. You may not purport yourself as VICIdial, merely that you use the software. If you want support from us directly, you may purchase that by sending a request to sales@vicidial.com.

You may sell "Seats" on your Vicidial servers as long as you make the underlying code (if altered) available to those who pay. If, however, you have NOT altered the code in any way, it is already available all you have to do is be clear that it is Vicidial. Best way for that is to leave the logo.

Instead of hiding it, wear it as a Badge. "Powered By Vicidial" as it were. And yes, if you build a large clientele, you'll want to have $$ on an account at Vicidial.com (while we also provide this service, The Vicidial Group owns the project and is the "ultimate" in support. They know every line of this code intimately.)
