on-hook and manual dialling.

is there any option to dial manually from agent screen with On-Hook feature enabled?
whenever a call comes in it will ring the phone.! same like for manual dialling before the dialling the external number it will ring my phone then bridge the call !.....!

I have the same query. How to generate ringback while SIP 180 signalling as it gets bank. 183 generates ringback.
Can anyone suggest?

when logon to on hook agent and agent interface click ring on the upper part of the agent interface so u cud make a connection between agent interface and phone
