Hello,
This is the scenario which I need you guys tell me if is possible to have a workaround if it is not yet included on Vicidial:
Our agents take our customer through a kind of IVR, Where they need to be pressing some keys in order to answer some questions. They can repeat the question by pressing an special key.
We need to capture those times where the special key is pressed, so that we can know in which part of the call the customers are needing the agent to explain the question before the automated system ask them.

If this feature is already there, please advice me how to get to it. otherwise. how could I achive this.

Any help would be really appretiated. Sorry for my lack of knowledge.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Can someone help us here pls?
When the agenst call the Third Person Verifier, they must press the start key (*) to move forward, we are trying to capture how many times the agents press the key.
Is that possible?
Thank you!

Hm. Best I can think of is an agi script that initiates the TPV call and then "listens" for the rest of the call but takes no action. Not sure about it though. Just an idea.

And please, you've been here a while, see if you can list your Vicidial Version With Build (it's on almost all your admin pages on the bottom left corner, copy it verbatim with the build number!). And a link to your scratch install instructions would not be a bad idea either. If you still have them!
