Dialing from all List

HI,

i have 40 lead lists assigned to one Campaign, but when i activate 20 of the list and set the list order to random i only dial from about 10 of the list that is active and not from all 20, please advise as if there's another setting to make sure that all 20 list is dialed randoml.

1) Welcome to the Party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Try turning off the 10 that are dialing and see if there is another reason those other lists are not dialing. Also: Precisely How did you "set the list order to random"? (Just in case this is simpler than it sounds.)

Please post a link to your installation instructions. Entirely possible there is a flaw.

Did you try turning off the ones that are dialing to see if the others kick in?

that is not a scratch installation.

post your vicibox version (from the name of the .iso). plus the other information actually requested would be nice (although posting yor kernel is moderately helpful ... the information requested was pretty much ignored ...?)

is this server Virtual or hardware? Local or hosted?

I've never had a client complain of this, which means it's likely something fairl simple (communications issue).

So (sorry if this is annoying in any fashion ... but:) Verify for me that when you "turned off" the dialing lists and the others "kick in" ... you made NO other changes? (dial status ... etc?)

Please post your "list order" settings from the campaign (three fields) and verify your list mix and lead filter are off during the entire process ...
