add multiple asterisk server

hello friends ..,

i am installed vicidial manually on ubuntu 8.04 server with the help of "Ubuntu VICIDIAL Install" manual. LAMP,ASTERISK & VICIDIAL are installed in same server. its working fine. now i want to add another asterisk server to this group. without replacing existing asterisk sever. how can i do this ?
my existing vicidial server ip is 192.168.0.138
the new asterisk sever ip is 192.168.0.139
how can i point new asterisk server ip to my vicidial server?
i am looking for reduce my existing asterisk server's heavy load
so is it possible ?
please help me . both are in same location

Vicibox 4.0.1 available on Vicibox.com is available as an .iso. You will need to upgrade your present system to match the version that is installed by the .iso before installation for it to be a success. Instructions are available at Vicibox.com (I don't remember if Kumba has it on there as a PDF or what, but it is there ...).

Alternately you can use our old Multi-Server Manual, but the Vicibox .iso makes it much easier.
