Good night people from VICIdial forum.
My name is Liz Tejada and I am new in this forum (I've always wanted to say that :P )
The reason of this post is to ask about a situation we are having in my work.

We've been working with VICIdial for a long time and now is the first time this happened to us.
While ours agents are dispositionig a call they receive another one, and also while they are scheduling a call (for being called back).
We wondering what should be the reason for this issue.

I hope you could help me with this.
Thanks in advance.

PD:
this are the setting of our server:
4GB RAM.
HARD DISK 7200 RPM.
4 cores.
VICIdial updated.

thanks for posting the memory and hd speed and number of cores, but honestly none of that helps in troubleshooting your system. LOL (although it may be all that you remembered ... post the rest when you get it) here is the standard blurb you will undoubtedly bump into a lot:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

Next: Welcome to the Party! 8-)

I've never heard of that behavior. You may need to describe your setup a bit more in detail such as whether the agents are logged in or remote agents (seems like you are describing logged in, but ... have to ask). Of course it may simply be that your system is overloaded, but even then I've never heard of that during disposition and scheduling. Perhaps you have an odd installation ... but we don't know anything about the installation. If it has been updated after installation, perhaps you have a bad update (which could have truly unusual results, such as what you are describing).
