NA not detected

Hi all,

I have Vicibox / Vicidial ver. 2-6-381a, build 121114-1923, single server, SIP channels, running with Vitelity SIP service.

Thanks to help from the board members, I have managed to put up my phone system, group inbound calls, and initialize a survey broadcast campaign, with the option of "1" routing calls back to a staff member, and we are running 4 agents at 1200 calls a day.

However, my survey campaign is not logging or detecting DIS or NA calls. I'm aware of the limitation on DIS numbers, and I can live with that, but almost all calls are showing up AL rather than NA.

Is there a setting I should be looking at to detect non-connections?

Thanks!

Actually, on further inspection, there seems to be a discrepancy in logged calls.

The outbound call report, and the vicidial_log table show a smaller number of calls, where the call_log and vicidial_list table searched by last_local_call_time show a much higher number. The unreported calls are all showing a call has been attempted, but the file status remains "NEW".

Test a call to your own phone and don't answer. See what happens. :) (be careful not to test it on a phone that has an answering service ... perhaps a good idea to try it on a phone that doesn't really exist, but be sure to call it yourself and verify that it really doesn't exist! LOL).

When this works, find out what the status is after the call. And if you are confused, you can certainly post the CLI output from that call (not 3000 lines of unrelated code, please, just the CLI from that one phone call with no other traffic on the system ...).

And please: Post your system info on every question! What if the two of you used the same installer ... but neither of you posted the installation version so we'll never put that together. 8-)
