I configured an outbound campaign, now I want to set queue music for such calls that are waiting for agents while all agents are on call, please advise.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) That is the default set up. Unless you are talking about OUTBOUND calls. For outbound you are not expected to have MOH because you are expected to drop the call instead. There are no settings for MOH ... unless you drop the call to an INGROUP (with the same agents) and play MOH with those controls.

I want to playback a message for those calls that are waiting for agents so customer can hear the message and continue to hold, if I chose Message as Drop Action and define required playback music in Safe Harbor Exten(8307) then it just hanging up on the customer after playing define music, I don’t want to define in-group, is there any other way out?

define an ingroup. then put the same agents in the ingroup that are in the campaign. drop to ingroup instead of dropping to message.

Absolutely. Same agents, same campaign, merely adding an ingroup to it that will have the prospects who are 'on hold' in it. But the added advantage of all the ingroup settings such as music on hold and even "place in line" announcements.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method (7.X.X?) and vicidial version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####).

If your installation method is "manual/from scratch" you must post your operating system with version (and the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system) plus a link to the installation instructions you used.

3) First short answer: You DON'T. You dialed them. If you are dialing in the US, you will be breaking the law unless you are calling someone who has explicitly given you permission to call them and play them a recording.

3) Second answer (for if you DO have permission or are dialing outside the US ... or just don't care): DROP Action - ingroup. Tada.
