Call Times Not Appearing

Postby kdc » Tue Feb 05, 2013 11:56 am

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up alternate call times for another campaign, and I've run into a bug -- I create a call time, but it won't appear on the call-times menu, nor is it a drop-down option in campaigns. However, when I use Navicat to look at the SQL tables, the call time record is there.

Is this a known bug?

Thanks

Did you refresh the page in the campaign? Ordinarily this works perfectly, but then again it is possible you named it something inappropriate. Try a simpler name, or one similar to one of the other call times.

Please list your Vicibox version (in addition to the Vicidial version which you already posted), and your asterisk version ... :)

Hi William,

I'm using Vicibox / Vicidial ver. 2-6-381a, build 121114-1923, single server, SIP channels.

It's really strange -- I can create a call time profile, and it appears on the SQL table, but it doesn't appear in the GUI nor in the drop-down options.

I can end-run the problem by manipulating the SQL table, but that's far from ideal. Even the default 24 hour profile is missing. Only one call time log I created appears. Perhaps there's a naming convention issue I've caused? It's called '9am-9pm'.

Thanks,

i would recommend ensuring that your "user group" / "Admin Group" settings allow you to see them. If that fails, delete the table and reload it from a fresh DB. It may be that there is a coincidental illegal character blocking something, but I'm leaning more toward the user group concept at this point.

thanks for posting the required info (vici version with build), but please consider these newbie suggestions and perhaps supply more:

when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600
