Hey everyone,

I am looking to do setup some hosting for some friends getting ready to setup call centers.

The only question I have is, does anyone recommend any good/cheap sip carriers or voip provider to use with vici?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

ViciDial VERSION: 2.6-385a | BUILD: 121124-1957 | Asterisk 1.4.21.2-vici | Single Server| No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Server Being hosted by someone else (dont know specs for it)

I know that Gardo recommends ... himself fairly often. I also know that if you read this forum enough you will find many posts regarding carriers. What country do you intend to dial? (Obviously this makes a difference ...)

@williamconley yes I do. :D Our VoIP service helps fund the GoAutoDial open source project. Not to mention it's designed for heavy outbound call center traffic.

In which case you can search this forum for carriers, you can certainly use Gardo, you can also search any asterisk forums for carriers (but beware "too few channels" and "no dialers allowed", always ask about dialers before signing up). You can also become a customer of PoundTeam and we will share a few with you in addition to more timely and in-depth support enjoyed by our clients. While I do no believe The Vicidial Group offers carrier services for those who do not have a server leased from them, it certainly couldn't hurt to ask. If they offer it, it will be excellent quality. Or you could lease a server from The Vicidial Group to use their minutes ... or lease one from us and you're a customer so we give you names of carriers. All sorts of options. 8-)
