if you have not modified any configuration or php or other script files directly, you need only back up the database (via mysqldump or the backup script in /usr/share/astguiclient, which contains instructions for use). then you will install fresh from the same install cd and:
drop database asterisk
create database asterisk
and then apply the mysqldump file to the asterisk database.
if I had more time i'd spell it out further. but a good question is what are you trying to accomplish? You'll end up with the same system you have right now ...? (Unless you broke something and just want to undo all your file system edits ... in which case this will work perfectly, LOL).

Ask me again tomorrow, I may have more time. LOL. Or you could ask Gardo or check his Wiki/Site (goautodial.org) as there may be "move a database to a new server" instructions on there somewhere. If not, I can create a step by step for you when I get a free moment. Probly only take half an hour including posting it.
