receive 2 calls for 1 agent

Hi all,

since this morning; when 1 agent connect he receive 1 call from vicidial and when he ask he receveid second call from vicidial... next serveur disconnect from http agent... if hangup 1 of 2 call it hangup the 2 calls.... !!! strange...

i support i do mistake but i don't found where.

vicidial preload 4.0.3 | asterisk 1.4.44 | vici virtual server | xlite

i do not understand "when he ask he receive second call" or "next server disconnect from http agent". Can you post the actual error messages?

Also of note: Virtualizing vicidial servers is not supported, and can cause unpredictable results (like calls being routed incorrectly).

also, please remember to always post your Vicidial Version With Build (available in the bottom left corner of almost every admin screen).

i jst remove extension and create another and it works.

i suppose i do some mistake on extension, to do this
