Hi guys i would like to ask regarding Disconnected being auto Dispo by the Dialer coz i loaded a 1000 leads on teh dialer when i dial on Ratio 3 with 3 Agents, i get connected and see report after with so Many Answering Machine, aside from Agent Dispo also the Auto Dispo AM. When i tried dialing again those numbers just to test for disconnected numbers i see many numbers are disconnected and not working and somehow im confuse coz i don't see any Auto- Disconnected status but all are Auto AM

Any idea what could be the problem that vicidial was not able to detect the Disconnected number somehow..? Instead all Auto Answering Machine only, im running @ AMD now 8366 routing. Thanks

disconnected numbers are not detected by your version of Vicidial. You'll need to upgrade to the latest SVN to get that feature. And be sure you let the calls ring for at least 45 seconds to get most of the Congestion responses (some are very slow) which indicate Disconnected.

There are some fairly recent threads regarding disconnected numbers in Vicidial which discuss this in detail.

1) post the svn revision level (never use "latest" as "this is what I have").

2) Your signature shows a very old version. if this box is not the one in your signature ... post your specs from the server we are actually discussing! :)

3) If you google the topic (disconnected numbers detection in vicidial and/or ADC disposition) you may find the previous thread which resulted in the new feature.
