Inbound Campaign real-time stats not updating

Hi,

I'd like to know why the real time stats are not updating for this inbound campaign. The per agent stats like duration of call, hold time and number of calls are updating but for the entire campaign it is not, even the number of calls.

AGENT AVG WAIT: 0 AVG CUSTTIME: 0 AVG ACW: 0 AVG PAUSE: 0
Here's for the in-group stats:
CALLS TODAY: 0 TMA 1: 0% Average Hold time for Answered Calls: 0
DROPS TODAY: 0 TMA 2: 0% Average Hold time for Dropped Calls: 0
ANSWERS TODAY: 0 DROP PERCENT: 0% Average Hold time for All Calls: 0
