It should reset nightly at 01:02 as default:

take a look at your crontab (crontab -l to list the content and -e to edit)

### reset several temporary-info tables in the database
2 1 * * * /usr/share/astguiclient/AST_reset_mysql_vars.pl

This is presently in the keepalive script and runs only on the server assigned in system settings as the Voicemail server.
