Hi. would it be possible to automatically change the campaign caller id based on the location of the phone number being dialed on predictive dialing mode on Vici?We would like to say, show a caller id for Texas whenever calling a Texas phone number or a California caller id when dialing a California phone number. If this is possible, how do we go about activating this function, or what are the changes that are needed to be made to our dialer to make this function possible?

You can do this per areacode, it is defined in the AC-CID section in Campaigns.

How exactly do we do that? I am not that well-versed on the more advanced features/ functions of Vicidial.

It is all in the admin web gui. I would start by recommending that you read the manager's manual.
