best VoIP provider for call center

I've a great VoIP supplier for my contact center calls, i personally use Vicidial and include 300 agents dialing simultaneous to the US and the united kingdom, i just will need another good choice in the event that i run in to any issues. Can someone advise a VoIP provider that permits 0 second length of time calls and contact center traffic?
