I've a great VoIP supplier for my contact center calls, i personally use Vicidial and include 300 agents dialing simultaneous to the US and the united kingdom, i just will need another good choice in the event that i run in to any issues. Can someone advise a VoIP provider that permits 0 second length of time calls and contact center traffic?

Let me get this straight: You did not share the "Great VoIP supplier" you have ... but you want everyone else to chip in so you can have a second one. Perhaps you should also post your Paypal Donation button. LOL
