Hi guys how do i local transfer that it is a warm trasnfer, Team1 can still introduce the customer to local closer Team2. before team1 agent leave the transfer and process another call.Thanks any idea of procedure somehow.

Yes, that's covered in the agent manual. You have to use the CONSULTATIVE checkbox in the transfer-conference frame to do that.
