Setting an inbound DID to ring multiple phones

Good day all. Thank you in advance for taking time to look at this and help out. We have been using vicidial mostly successfully for the last 6 months or so and I really like the system, its flexible and has a lot of features that I have been able to find and implement. Bear with me, this is my first post.

The issue today is with ringing multiple phones. We have half a dozen or so Polycom deskphones that I have set up soley as Phones in the system. Inbound calls work for one phone if I select the PHONE option in the DID config. What we would like to do is have the DID ring all the Polycom phones when a call comes in. The managers with these phones do not log into the dialer to use them, they are simply desk phones. I know I can set up a call menu to let the caller choose which phone to ring, but is there a way that I'm not seeing to have it ring all the phones before the timeout expires and it goes to a more specific call menu?

either u can use remote agents or custom dialplan.

to dial multiple extension use the below dialplan as custom dialplan

exten => 123456,1,Dial(SIP/201&SIP/202&SIP/203&SIP/204&SIP/205)
exten => 123456,2,hangup

One more question then, where would I add that custom dialplan too?

Much better to add these phones as Remote Agents (on-hook required!) and then activate these remote agents on an ingroup with "Ring all" using "on-hook".

Thank you William. Using the remote agents and on-hook it works like a charm. I appreciate the assistance.

Vicidial can be used to fit virtually any PBX need at this point, although some of the more FreePBX'ish configurations are funky in Vicidial. They'll improve in "ease of config" over time, but they WORK now. :)
