Changing Called status to new

Good Day

Please help we are working on campaign were we need to redial some the same leads once we called them.We would need to change some of the dial status to new after we have called them and wrapped them alreadyie 100 leads in no answer auto dial
See below

Hello and welcome to the forum!

There is a tool to change statuses within a list, you can find it in the admin interface under
"Reports" -> "Admin Utilities"(at the bottom of the page) -> "Basic Lead Management Tools" -> "Update Lead Statuses"

You might not have it depending on your version, so be sure to always mention your version/build and install method and any other relevant info when you post a question.

Thanks l do not have those option where do l get the version,build and install method

version,build: on almost every page in the admin interface it says "VERSION:" and "BUILD:"
install method: thats how you installed vicidial, was it with a vicibox iso then write the name of the iso-file

but I dont need that now,
you got 2 options, either upgrade your install and get those tools and a lot of other nice stuff and bug-fixes
or use mysql and/or phpmyadmin to update the leads in the database with a new status
