Agents Hourly performance

I am trying to get an hourly performance for each individual agent based on sales,call attempts and contacts.How would l go about doing that please help

Start by clicking on reports. There you will find the reports that are available. All of them. You may also consider upgrading as later versions have revisions, upgrades, and new reports.
