Remote agent not working

HI

I have vicidial 2.0 install on corei7 8 gb 1tb hdd. I was create remote agent 2222 according to manager manual guidance. I also configure sip id in eyebeam remotely it successfully registered. But when i login 2222 remote agent it login but eyebeam doesn't ring. Plz help

Hi!

you may want to tell us your campaign settings, agent settings, remote agent settings, inbound settings, anything that is beneficial to us for us to recommend better on ur problem cheers

remote agents do not log in. when remote agents get a call sent to them by the campaign, their phone will ring and they can answer. but they do not "log in", they are "active" or "inactive" in the remote agent settings.

I got my answer. But for example if i use cc150 extension for outbound calling from remote side. Is there any context to record all outbound call which can be dial by cc150. If it possible plz tell me that context & dialplan for this. Thx
