I would advice you to buy managers manual.

http://www.vicidial.org/store.php#MANAGER

or you could hire a consultat to help you with your issues.

1) Start by not just reading the Vicidial manager manual, but also by performing all the tasks in it from beginning to end of the manual. You learn (and save) a lot. I also recommend you get the paid version as it will cover some of the deeper functions you appear to be heading towards.

2) After you've done that, bring ONE question at a time here and we will walk you through each item. It is not entirely reasonable to post a "help me learn everything at once" and expect anything other than a "back-door" contact where some NONvicidial professional will attempt to get you to pay him so he can steal your money and disappear. Or worse yet, he'll perform some of the tasks and screw up the rest while stealing your data or break your server when you refuse to continue paying. And yes, that does happen, so be aware of the reputation of any person who "Pm's" you.

3) Seriously consider installing Vicibox in a virtual machine so you can "play" with it (and screw it up ... a lot ... but with a nice "reset" button!).

4) Happy Hunting!
