Hello,
I have a customer dialing a survey campaign with remote agents. It works fine except every few seconds the real time screen shows the remote agent as paused. Then after a few seconds it goes back to resume. This keeps happening all the time. I feel that this is affecting the survey and callees pressing DTMF digits are not being transferred over to the external extension. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this.
I am using a Vicibox 4.0.3 preload installation on 2x quad xeon with 2.2GHz CPU, 24GB RAM. Vicidial version:

Never had that happen before. Perhaps you should describe your remote agent configuration a bit.
Also, you may have damaged something during an upgrade ... a reinstall may resolve your issue.
Check your logs (all of them) and see if there are any hints.
