when i tried to listen and monitor on realtime upon clicking on listen i get this Error:

ERROR: blind_monitor INVALID PHONE LOGIN - monitor_100|6666

anyone idea guys..? i properly set my softphones extension and set the phones also. Thanks

Is "6666" in the "Agent Screen Login" field of a phone under "admin->phones"?
