how to get outbound calling report from particular extension.
same as inbound calling report by DID.
please help me

i have hard phone extension connected to matrix gateway

in vicidial "extensions" do not make calls. If you refer to "phones", modify the phone and look at the bottom of the page for the links which show extra information available for the phone.

dear team,
thanks for quick reply.
But i have still doubts
i am not able to get extra information in admin->modify phone on bottom .
i have to get detail of phone (call logging ) when call is done outbound same as inbound call detail by DID.
is there any setting to be done in extension.conf file
and in admin->phone-->phoneid-->
there is Call Logging which is set to one. what is the use of these
please let me know thanks in advance.

to log calls by phones, change the context to "defaultlog". This initiates logging of the calls. There have been other references to this method before. But if you require logging, you may want to use "remote agents" instead. Look that up in the manual and you may find much more help.
