Hello,
How can I mute the left or right audio channel for a live call?
I would like to send 2 simultaneous calls to the same agent, one on the left channel and the other one on the right channel.

You did not share your installation method or version. Tsk. Tsk. With 471 posts I think you'd know how militant I am about that. LOL

That being said: What is a "right channel"? and a "left channel"? Where are you getting this? I suspect it's an asterisk function/method that you've seen somewhere specific, but this is not a part of Vicidial. So ... to help out, we'll need to know how you got a right/left channel in the first place.
